The front desk receptionist is really patient. Great! The room is very good and clean. There is also a restaurant where you can have a drink when you come back in the evening.

Wonderful breakfast. Good location only 10 minutes from centre city. There is a coffee shop in the building opposite the hotel with amazing cocktails.

Location is close to city centre . Lots of buses and close to Metro station. Plenty shops , supermarkets and places to eat within 5 minutes. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms with TV and shower . Very clean ..!! Breakfast 6/30 till 10 am. Large breakfast with lots of choices. Check.out not until 12 pm.!! PS. Sao Paulo is large.....very large..!!

I was travelling from India and It was a pleasant stay and location is in center of the city, everything was nearby by cab and even walking distance. I didnt upload pictures as I'm rating from laptop. Photos are in mobile. But the pictures shown online in google and booking.com are real.

I love the location of the hotel as it was in the house of the old town, many food and restaurants restaurants outside, as well as many attraction please, the staff was very helpful what cut my eyes was the breakfast it was outstanding. Staff was very helpful for my short journey and gave us a lot of idea to places to visit and how to take the train. Those mentality of the stuff was amazing, even on our last day when I was heading to the airport as they helped us manage. Get safe Taxi .

Directly in the center, easy to find, felt save, there was a warm blanket in the room, they were flexible to change date of my stay cos I arrived one day too late. Could check in early with little extra charge.

Wonderful Breakfast! - Very good Price for what I booked - Good Internet connection - clean - and the place in the city is great!, not dangerous at all (is my impression) so that I could return after Midnight without problem - is more a hotel (which was good for me this time!) - if you are looking for a hostel where you meet people to share your time, this is not really the place to be - If you are looking to have a great time on your own, this is the place

Breakfast was perfect, everything you want. They even ask you if you want more (scrambled) eggs. I would surely recommend this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The location is perfect, you have a Metro-station very closeby.
