Location was great for us, lovely quiet hotel beach with beds, umbrellas and lots of towels readily available. Rooms were really spacious with super comfy beds/pillows. Nice clean bedding, changed regularly. Really friendly reception staff on arrival, good restaurant for breakfast & dinner and a lovely bar by the beach for light food & drinks, all the food & beverage staff were lovely. Hotel looked really festive on arrival as well with nice Christmas songs playing, greeted with a glass of Prosecco.

We stayed at the hotel for only a short time, but it was enough to have a truly positive experience. First and foremost, our check-in had to be done at 10 PM due to a significant delay with Bahamasair. The front desk staff - DAVRIAN - warmly welcomed us and even arranged for a pizza since we were starving. At checkout, they provided us with fresh fruit, even though breakfast service hadn’t started yet. The hotel offers airport transfers and rides to other areas of Nassau at a very reasonable price. While the building and furniture are a bit dated, this actually adds a certain charm to the hotel. Throughout our stay, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend the Ocean West Boutique Hotel!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Colony Suites. The team went above and beyond to help us, especially when arranging a taxi to the airport at a very good price—much cheaper than the one suggested through Booking.com. They were also incredibly accommodating with our late check-out at 13:00 and at no extra cost, and kindly allowed us to continue using the facilities until we left for the airport at 17:30. It made such a difference to be able to store our luggage safely in the luggage room and relax by the pool until our pickup. Thank you, Colony Suites—you were all so lovely and super helpful throughout our stay!
