ダウンタウンに位置していて、どこに行くのにも便利。買い物等で疲れたら、一度戻ってきて休憩後また出かけるとかも出来て便利だった。 朝食は、徒歩10分程度のスーパーで食材を調達し、調理できたので、かなり安く美味しいものが食べれた。家族で利用したが、部屋は広く、変なホテルに泊まるよりははるかに良いと感じた。
