The price for 3 nights, having breakfast included with price, was excellent. The comminual bathroom actually wasn't too bad, I was expecting way worse, but it was always cleaned and maintained. You have multiple bus routes, so getting off the mountain if you dont have a car was good. Overall 10/10 experience, would book a stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve. On the morning of the 25th, when we opened the door of our room, we found Christmas stockings hanging outside. They were filled with chocolates and decorated with candles. It was a delightful surprise for our two children, and they absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful. It was the best experience we’ve ever had, and we will definitely go back there again.

Excelence in every detail! Upon our arrival, our check in was made and our keys were already available with the Bell Post. Never in my life, I was in my room so speedily. Teh room as everything we hoped for: spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The service was cordial and efficient. The location was ideal in relation to our previous Cruise and adjacent car trip. The express check out was perfect and trouble free.

Very convenient. They had cute festive lights up which looked all cozy. Their large magnetic scrabble tiles in the lobby kept my toddler entertained for quite a white.

The hotel was great! They helped us a lot when we arrived late. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. She even had free snacks offered to us. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed were comfortable. The location was convenient. It was close to were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

The staff are exceptional, they made as feel at home on our return to Vancouver. They assisted us with moving our reservation after we were stuck in anchorage due to flight cancellation. No dramas very accommodating, friendly, efficient staff, highly recommend this accommodation, close to the capilano Bridge,

Wonderful area. Loved it more than downtown. Lots of restaurants and cafés in the area, but I can highly recomend the hotel restaurant too, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Super friendly and helpful staff.

If you found a good price, stop looking! And book asap you wont regret it, it is NEW hotel, very well located, clean, a lot of privacy, cute details everywhere, perfect for a romantic scape, the view is grear and i found a good offer.
