God morgenmad - der er lidt for en hver. Fadene med pålæg, frugt mv., bar lidt præg af ikke at blive fyldt. Lidt dyrt i forhold til udvalg. God service i recepetionen. Fik hjælp til at finde en meget billig busforbindelse fra Calgary til Banff. Sjovt indretning af hotellet - forskellige kunst-udsmykninger med "skæve vinkler"- lever op til hotelnavn. Hurtigt og effektiv service da toilet stoppede til.
