I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cannery Lofts Niagara, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Room: The room was immaculate and extremely clean, which I truly appreciated. It was also very spacious, with a kitchen complete with dishes and utensils, a big fridge, and a microwave. The room also featured a very large smart TV with subscription-based channels, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The shower was fantastic, offering a refreshing experience each time. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very fast, making it easy to stay connected. Dining: While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Service: The staff at Cannery Lofts Niagara went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff showed me the room before I paid, just to make sure I liked it—a level of service I've rarely encountered. They were always available to assist with any request, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls by walking, making it easy to explore the area. There is plenty of paid parking space available, which is very convenient. Overall Experience: My experience at Cannery Lofts Niagara was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel, the well-appointed room, the fast Wi-Fi, and the professional staff made for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Niagara Falls.

We had a room on the 21st floor of the hotel with amazing views of Niagara falls, definitely a "wow" factor when you walked into your room, as we had the most breathtaking views! Room was super, with a jacuzzi in our bathroom, fabulous shower and bathroom facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable.

We stayed in a room on the 28th floor (out of 29) with an entire view of the falls. The view was breathtaking both day and night. The room was perfect for 2 and included a nespresso coffee machine and tea that was complimentary for us to use. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice to lay in bed and watch the falls each morning. The shower was unique in that it was fit into a corner of the bathroom, but the water pressure was amazing. Truly perfect room/bathroom for our stay. Other than the room, I was blown away by the hospitality of the staff. They upgraded our room and helped with parking which we desperately appreciated after 9 hours on the road. Every time we approached the staff, they were friendly and hospitable.

Waterfall is great, go on the boat, fly over it, go behind...

Waterfall is great, go on the boat, fly over it, go behind the falls but don't stay in Niagara Falls, too touristy, hotels footfall is huge, the lifts are constantly full and the breakfasts very mediorce at best. I recommend staying in Niagara on the Lake which is beautiful and visiting the falls for the day.

We are from the southeastern US. We visited on Labor Day weekend and the weather was great for the weekend but it turned cold midweek. The falls are beautiful when the mist begins to freeze. We had a wonderful vacation.

This is an absolute MUST.

This is an absolute MUST. Get yourself on a boat on the river, behind the falls through the tunnels & get out onto the shelf to get yourself saturated, watch from the walkways alongside, helicopter above, get your accommodation so that you see them (even more spectacular the higher the floor you go.)

The facilities are outdated. Although we stayed in a high-rise room with a view, the scenery in winter is much less impressive than in summer. Although it's located at Horseshoe Falls, it is quite a distance to walk to Victoria Block.

This property is located within walking distance of the Skylon Tower, Behind the Falls (Horseshoe Falls), directly across the street from where you catch the boat for the falls (city cruise). It is right beside all the restaurants and activities of Clifton Hill and the views from the Fallsview rooms is amazing. You can access the casino, arcade, waterpark and restaurants without going outside.

Location was perfect; rode the incline railway (located at the bottom of the hotel) straight down to the falls. Our room overlooked both the American and Horseshoe Falls and the view was breathtaking, especially at night with the lights on the falls.

Located high on the ridge above the town in Ontario, we had a 9th floor large room with a large window over the town and American falls. Insist on falls view it was awesome. Horseshoe falls was behind foliage but overall best view! Clean, ok parking situation, great staff and elevator service was pretty quick. Did not use pool or gym, we toured nonstop! You can walk everywhere in the town and we did, highly recommended if you don’t need a bunch of overpriced amenities and just want a comfortable, quiet, clean, nice view stay!

The location is perfect. It is located very close to the horseshoe falls. There are tons of restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Although there are only 5 elevators for a hotel that has 42 floors of rooms, there are staff there to direct the elevator traffic, everything goes smoothly.
