My room was bright and airy and i could open the window. I had a lovely view out to the ocean and of thecharboor. The onsite Italian restaurant was superb

Excellent customer service. We were greeted by the nicest man at the front desk. He upgraded our room and gave us free parking. Our view was phenomenal. The room was spacious and very pretty, modern design. The oval window was a super plus. The bar and restaurant, Bivver, on site is amazing. Best espresso martini I've ever have. The bar tenders were super nice and went above and beyond.

Location , reasonable price. Gov'nor is under new management recently. A survey was in the room so you could tell management what you liked or didn't like.

This was one of the most technical advanced Hotels we have ever stayed in. If you're a technology lover (think GenX) this experience is not to be missed. As 3 over 65 traveling siblings, it was a blast!

Our stay at Ryan Mansion was amazing. Our host, Robert, was friendly and welcoming. He gave us suggestions for things to do and went out of his way for us several times. The property itself is beautiful and our room was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious and different each day. The location is close to nearly everything we had on our itinerary.

An excellent hotel option on the Main Street of St. John’s. While there is no parking, the meter parking on the Main Street ends at 6pm each night and isn’t enforced on the weekends.

The room is clean. Free breakfast is a plus. A good location if you love Starbucks Coffee which is just almost beside the hotel. A 10 minutes walk to Avalon Mall. The swimming pool area comes with a slide. An secured entrance by the road side is a good idea as long as you have the Key card.

Great location to airport and waited only a matter of seconds for shuttle bus each way. Buffet breakfast at Holiday Inn is always appreciated and sets you up well for the day, as do the super comfy beds

St.John's was booked out, but SandmanSignature offered a great stay along the way; big room with view, big TV, big bed, nice bathroom, coffee, fridge and more
