I had a long and tiring trip with my little daughter. Katherine the lady at the reception welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary support to settle in. She gave us a room that overlooked the road. My daughter enjoyed looking at the passing vehicles and the snow. It isnt our first time at Residence Inn Marriot but its the first time being welcomed in a friendly and warmly way on arrival. Thanks Katherine!!!! You made our stay at Residence Inn this time a nicer one. The room was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The room had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the free shuttle from and to the airport and liked the distance away from the busy airport. Residence Inn always met our expectation. The renovation also added more comfort to our stay this time.

Room was great, we had 5 adults, plenty of room for what we needed. Breakfast was also great, the staff was visible at all times and kept everything stocked up.

It's close to highway 640, the beds were very comfortable and front desk staff was most accommodating. There was plenty of counter space, tables, chairs, electric outlets. A strip mall across the street and one up the way with groceries and pharmacy.

The staff were very helpful. We were there for family funeral. Staff assisted our group in finding the church to food deliveries. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — especially the front desk and reception team, who were always helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I also enjoyed the social club, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The pool was large and very clean, and the rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. One great bonus is that the laundry service is free for all guests. I really appreciated the location as well — it’s very accessible from the highway and conveniently close to several key areas. Ville Saint-Laurent is just a few minutes away, which made getting around very easy. Highly recommended! New spotless property with everything we needed for an overnight stay before our flight home. The indoor pool is big - even has an aqua slide for people with children.

Best experience for work travel ever. Front reception Mykala and Sandy went over and above for me. Ensuring my shuttle arrived on time and helping me get a great cup of coffee before I headed home. Their English was refreshing and for the first time in all my years of travel, I had a great conversation during check out. I promise I will be back because of them!
