The staff at the lobby were exceptionally attentive. Specially Ash and Alex. The hotel location was perfect, in the heart of the city center. Parking a bit expensive but helpful due to the location.

Location , old style and fireplace

My stay at Victoria's Mansion was beyond everything I could've asked for and more...with its ideally situated location, to all transportation, restaurants, bars, shops...everything within walking distance...I didn't go with big expectations and for that...it was exceeded. From clean comfortable room and bathroom, nice linens and towels all made for a wonderful stay...the room was well equipped with all the amenities I appreciate in an accommodation...the charm of both the interior and exterior and my favorite time period of the 1800's...I enjoyed it all...it felt warm and inviting and staff so welcoming and friendly..special mentioned Ellsie at front desk always so accommodating with a pleasant smile. This accommodation is definitely good value for downtown Toronto and would have guests returning time and time again, you definitely has a repeat guest in me...highly recommend!

The property quite literally had everything you need - even things you don’t even think you need. It’s clear the host is detail oriented and truly caring of her guests’ stay as she was accommodating in every aspect. The amenities were so practical and needed, from the snacks, the Brita, the bathroom supplies, host communication - everything was exceptional. I’ve travelled to many places with various accommodation and this will be one of the best stays. My girls and I enjoyed this place, I would do it again with no hesitation. Great place! Great location! Well thought out amenities!

Love the refurbishment!! Love the tree in the restaurant. Loved the pianist playing while I had brunch. Should play at every meal time. Food and excellent service. Julia Hong was excellent and check in and beyond. Amazing location!!

The food was expensive at the hotel. The tea was lovely. The breakfast took too long (30 minutes) to come out and was pricey.

Our stay at LA TUMU was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Harley made us feel so welcome with his warm hospitality and great local recommendations. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I requested a card and something special for my girlfriends birthday and wasn't expecting much. When we had arrived Harley had a personalised card and chocolates waiting on the bed. He really went above and beyond! Harley ensured we had the best experience, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend LA TUMU to anyone looking for a top-notch stay – we’ll definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a wonderful time staying at this place and I would absolutely come back. The unit was beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures, it was spotless. My mother and I were both impressed by how comfortable and well-maintained everything was in each room—which all look new (or recently renovated). The host was exceptional—very accommodating, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. This place has now become one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in town. For anyone looking for a clean, stylish and comfortable stay near the downtown area at a fair price, I would highly recommend it without hesitation.
