Location and hotel design, very comfortable beds

We didn’t have breakfast and it did not look good but the location is perfect to go see Niagara falls.

Had a great time with family for Easter long weekend. The staff were amazing and helpful. Great location. Close to all restaurant and walking distance to Clifton Hills. My kids love to stay at this hotel and this time we had a great city view room. This hotel had everything what we need and was so comfortable.

Excellent location. Everything is nearby - 500 m to the waterfall on foot, across the road to the casino, 100 m to Skylon, there is free parking on the territory, ordinary breakfast. Coffee and tea 24/7 in the office building. My room was large on the second floor, there is a coffee machine, TV, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, but for now we use the heating, late spring, cool outside. There is an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi in the building. We had a great rest. The hotel is built in two buildings connected by a covered passage. Clean, cozy and this is the closest hotel to the waterfall, a few minutes walk. For all the times that we have been to Niagara, this hotel is the best in all respects. Visitors love it - many visitors, it is busy.

Thank you very much for kindness.

staff were really nice, we have a connect door for family. room was big, beds were so comfortable. have space to move around. breakfast was good .

Location was close to main attractions and the complimentary breakfast had a decent spread.

Staff service cleanliness location

Clean, Near the Niagara falls.

Exelent, good service and cleaner.

Room size, cleanliness & location

Clean, had towels, paper tissues, soap and shampoo, AC and all of the good stuff. Place has an ice ma ch one and a pool, also serve breakfasts which is awesome for the price. Not very far from the falls!

increadible view to the niagara falls, we had one night in family there, room was big (we are five) including baby, location is great for the view, but you'll have to pay the rail pass if you don't have a car, anyway, the railway is directly connected to table rock, so for tourism is great

We had a great stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa. Our stay truly exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and included a jacuzzi, which we used every day :) The hotel is situated at a good location, a short walk from the Falls. We came here right after I proposed to my girlfriend, so for us it was a special moment. O ur stay at the hotel really upgraded our experience in Niagara Falls.

Excellent location. The staff was helpful.

View of the falls, comfort and cleanliness

The view from the room was majestic. Thanks for giving us the higher floor as requested and also for letting us check in early. The hotel is located perfectly at a close proximity to the falls.
