I love that you can book a hotel room that goes right into the pool area. I like the fact that I don’t have to go walking wet through the hotel. The staff are very friendly and they quickly checked me in. We enjoyed room service so we didn’t have to change out of our things.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great and lots of food available - staff were constantly making sure that the food was well stocked and tables were cleaned. Great communication from the management a couple days before our stay when we discovered the room we had booked was no longer available due to maintenance and so they had found a solution and were able to accommodate us - went above and beyond to ensure our family of seven was well taken care of and still able to be comfortable during our stay. We appreciated having this information prior to arriving at the hotel so that we could make a plan. The manager also went out of his way - along with staff members - to connect with us during our stay to ensure that our stay had been comfortable.
