All good. Room smaller than last one with same description. Leisure area smaller.

My room was bright and airy and i could open the window. I had a lovely view out to the ocean and of thecharboor. The onsite Italian restaurant was superb

We were out there for medical reasons, the Inn was close to the hospital.

Blu on water went above and beyond to assist and accomodate us. We were hiking part of the ECT and they very kindly stored our bag for us and later, helped store our bag when we’d had a flight delay. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Cannot recommend this accommodation more highly.

Very nice and perfect location

Rooms are spacious, bed very comfortable. I enjoyed the chocolates freely provided. The location iis perfect. Within walkable distance of main shopping street and quiet. Restaurant provided good food. Music and atmosphere inviting.

The comfortable bed, we were able to connect our Netflix account to the television, we were allowed to do a late checkout.

The location is quiet and of proximity to most needs. Very ideal for a family. Denny's in just beside the hotel which operates 24 hours (All Day Breakfast). From Check-in to Check-out the process was swift. It is our 2nd time to stay in this beautiful hotel. Value for money and family-friendly.

An excellent hotel option on the Main Street of St. John’s. While there is no parking, the meter parking on the Main Street ends at 6pm each night and isn’t enforced on the weekends.

Great place and a beautiful mansion, the whole house is very clean. But above all Mary was the highlight extremely helpful and always available to lend a hand!

It was the most modern techy hotel I have ever stayed in.

Excellent customer service. We were greeted by the nicest man at the front desk. He upgraded our room and gave us free parking. Our view was phenomenal. The room was spacious and very pretty, modern design. The oval window was a super plus. The bar and restaurant, Bivver, on site is amazing. Best espresso martini I've ever have. The bar tenders were super nice and went above and beyond.

Clean spacious room. Shuttle service very good, staff very helpful. Breakfast was good . Excellent for an overnight stay. Very handy pizza place next door.
