Fint design, hyggelig café/bar, venligt og serviceminded personale, meget god morgenmad, ret centralt beliggende i forhold til ETH men alligevel i stille område, komfortabelt værelse (benyttede også gratis upgrade fra booking.com), godt at der var et ordentligt skrivebord, Fint med persienner, så man kunne lukke helt af om natten. OK pris givet at alt er dyrt i Zurich
