Luxury feel: The outside tricks you the first time you arrive with an old facade and it looks a bit old but inside is newly renovated and boost the luxury feeling and everything looks fresh and clean. Great location with good connections with the public transportation with only 10 minutes to Central station in Zurich and direct tram to the airport which was very convenient, only lacking a bit with the communication between the departments. Service: Super amazing with really friendly and kind people in reception, they were very helpful from start with great explanation of the important knowabouts in Zurich & it was possible to store our luggage after check out as we went around the city before heading to the airport. HK: The room was good and clean and had everything we needed in form of amenities and towels, though they need proper training in how to make the bed sofa as they did not give a sheet only a duvet cover as a sheet which was not great until the last night (after asking 3 times) for a sheet which they did provide. HK on the second day only provided towels for 2 people when we were 3 people in one room with a double bed and a bed sofa. Housekeeping also need to have better communication with FD as they knocked in the room before check out time. F&B: In the room there was a mini fridge which was amazing and we could store stuff that needed refrigeration. Breakfast on the other hand was horrible and felt very unsanitary with flies flying all around the food so I had to eat out instead. There was also a coffee machine and tea kettle in the room and the selection of tea bags was very nice and complimentary water was very nice touch but could have been in the minifridge.

Mycket trevlig personal och framförallt väldigt bra för man kunde ta med sin hund.
