Good hotel in general, good location and very close to everything and very quiet at night tho there is always room for improvement over all from front desk to housekeeping, tho the hotel was good in general, the elevator needed to be fixed!! Service- Ms Yanna Leo was fantastic always helpful and smiling and provided an amazing service when needed and gave us a tea-kettle in general Ms Yanna Leo made our stay much better and enjoyable, Mr Frank Shoellkopf was ok not the best but ok, unclear in the description of the city tax and did not give us the things we asked for multiple times, and he clearly didn't know their own check in time when stated on their website and on booking ‘’check in at 2pm’’ HKK - The room was decent, it was a clean room, we got everything we needed but one negative thing was that upon check out she was already waiting outside the room making us stressed to check out even though there was plenty of time until check out time. F&B - We did not try their F&B outlet except only 2 glasses of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning, the wine was good and was very well needed that day, the coffee in the morning tasted a bit off. We liked the fact that there was a mini fridge in the room which we could store stuff from the supermarket. Luxury feel: It didn't give us a luxury feeling more of an out-dated boutique hotel feeling which was nice in itself but the hotel needed to invest more into an updated renovation and updated the room information pamphlet, but overall all good location.

Otroligt vacker utsikt, jättefin terrass och gröna ytor framför hotellet. Jättefint rum med balkong mot sjön. Ingen ac, men fläkt. Jättefin middag och frukost! Bra parkering, många rutor och normalstora.
