Very clean and comfortable, staff was very gracious. Nice views over the lake (if you book a lake view room), nice spa. We didn't try the breakfast as we're not big on breakfast so for us the CHF 45 a head seemed steep. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Complimentary assortment of drinks in the room. We had a suite for us and two kids, the extra beds for the kids are proper beds that were very comfortable not a fold out sofa. Room size was 50+m2 so still spacious even with 4

It was quick to check-in, and the rooms were nice. The breakfast selection was good, and it was easy to navigate to and from. They provided a free public transport card, which allowed me to get around easily.
