Whatever the hotel lacks is completely made up for by the wonderful staff and we can't recommend the hotel more. The staff is absolutely golden, or as my dad said, they are like the staff of a 10 star hotel. They are so helpful, speak good English, aid you in any possible way, are very kind, and always smile and explain everything to every single guest in detail, going out of their way to meet all of our needs. While the staff are the best thing about this hotel, I will also add that the location is also great and close to several subway lines and some of the main sights of the city. They also offer a free laundry service, which was great for us. Персоналът е страхотен, най-доброто нещо за хотела, локацията също е добра, както и цената. Определено го препоръчваме заради прекрасния персонал.
