This hotel has a great location, it is also very convenient to take a taxi, close to the performance venue, and close to the East Gate of Forest Park. The service from the front desk and all hotel staff is very good. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the stay was very pleasant. There are also many lounge areas in the lobby. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay.

Good location, just beside the East Gate. Stay 3-4 nights (2 days full itinerary and 1-2 days back up for rainy weather) to cover Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Tianzi, 10 Mile, Golden whip stream and Huangshi village. Additional half day to grand canyon and half day to Huanglong Cave. Can skip Baofeng lake if you visited similar view in Thailand/elsewhere. Additional 1 day for Tianmen, prebook tianmeng ticket and take a Didi ride, combine with show or 72 building. This hotel is the hub for all attractions. Day trip to Fenghuang/Furong is possible with Zhangjiajie Xi high speed train station by Didi. Foot massages nearby with many restaurants nearby, Hunan restaurants, Korean BBQ, Noodle, Wantons and etc. Lanzi, Xiaoqun and Xiaoxia reception staff are extremely helpful, friendly and help you with your bookings and attractions itinerary. Hotel is new and clean, mostly international guests. Breakfast is good for Chinese style focus and with basic Continental breakfast. The family room with 3 beds is spacious and good. The windows are sound proof and doubled layers. Will filter out most of the road traffic, bar music, bus engine and road noise. However, will not filter out the tourist group bus honking.

The staffs in the reception counter are very helpful and friendly specially LuXi has provided wonderful service to us.

The property itself is very decent value for your money, but what made our stay exceptional was the english speaking concierge George. He brought our experience to a new level as he always knew the best activities for any given weather and day. He knows every attraction around the place and will secure you better prices than you can get anywhere else. If you want to do anything special like a boat trip, he is somehow able to arrange things within minutes. I would book the hotel again any day to have an exceptional concierge like him.

The location is excellent, close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There’s a small river in front and a mountain at the back, offering a peaceful spot in the midst of the bustling area. There are restaurants and various shops nearby (within walking distance). There is also a night market and a performance theater nearby (within walking distance).

Great location, very easy to access the national forest park, east gate is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and friendly, very comfortable and well appointed accommodation.

It was amazing! Staff (we were looked after by Rosie) did a great job booking our 3 days of excitement and gave great tips on how to plan those days and get the most out of it. And breakfast was so well done plus free laundry facilities including a drier….

Girls on reception helped us plan our route in the park, gave us a map and highlighted the most important points, and also helped us book the tickets. They are extremely competent and speak good English! I recommend following their guidance and responding early if they try to reach out to you before your trip - it's important to book your tickets in advance, since the park and it's whereabouts are really crowded even on weekdays. We liked the design of our room and the hotel lobby - it's a nice place to be in :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

It was in a great location for the East gate of the Zhangjiajie national park. It was clean, cozy and the staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond helping me to recover my cash and AirPods when I forgot them at the hotel, sending them to my next hotel via courier at low cost. They sold coffee open from 7am.
