I recently had a delightful stay at Movich Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. The impeccable service and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. Johana from reception stood out with her warm welcome and efficient assistance, adding a personal touch to my visit. The stunning view from the rooftop and a central location make Movich Hotel a good choice for anyone seeking an enjoyable experience in Cartagena.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel design was simply stunning! We loved it. I'd like to commend Frank for his work. He helped make our stay unforgettable.

Location, location, location. Breakfast was perfect.

I recently stayed at Candilejo Hotel Boutique in Cartagena and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. However, our room on the third floor lacked a window, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic and deprived of natural light. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic and didn’t offer much variety, which was a bit disappointing. While the hotel has its charms, the room setup and breakfast could use some improvements. If you book here, I recommend requesting a room with a window for a more comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Amazing location, staff and good and the most comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

This is a big 10. After 76 countries and many great hotels, this hotel is one of the best we ever stayedm nothing is too much trouble to them. They are nice and welcoming, room was very big, the place is romantic, and much better in real life than in pictures. It has great atmosphere, lounge music by the pool, sunset drinks on some days, minibar is complimentary, and a lot of nice surprises like this. I want to go back to Cartagena just to stay here again. Thank you very much for such a happy weekend.

Once you’ve found it (look for the blue sign on the wall near the tattoo artist) this is truly a gem of a place to stay. The staff are lovely and helpful, the room was spot on and such good value for money that we wished we had stayed longer. The rooftop spot for breakfast and watching the sun set is brilliant. Beers in the minibar sensibly priced. Breakfast good, and included in an already very good price. Get a hold of the WhatsApp number for the place before you travel to the location.

The perfect location if you wanna enjoy downtown night life. Gorgeous place too!

It’s a cozy small hotel very well decorated. When you go in, you forget about the chaos of the street. The staff is amazing, everyone made sure we had the best stay in Cartagena. Breakfast was good and big.

Really nice place! Directly in the center, lovely room. Staff is amazing.

A quiet place, no noise, no music. Perfect for relaxing and very well located. Safe, accessible, and 100% recommended.

I stayed 3 nights at one of the rooms with a balcony and got an amazing view of the city. The room was big and super comforatle and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

extremely friendly staff and great location. one of the best hotels I‘ve ever stayed at.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town. The hotel decor was gorgeous, blending modern while still retaining the existing architecture of Cartagena. The communal areas were comfortable and tasteful and we loved the downstairs pool area. The rooftop views across Cartagena old town, Bocogrande and the Caribbean Sea was amazing, especially when sitting in the pool or lounging on the beds. The bedroom and bathrooms were very luxurious and with all amenities. The buffer breakfast was delicious. All the staff in the hotel were professional, friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay

The hotel was amazing very nice and peacefull even though in the center of action

This hotel is really beautiful and the service was super. We will definitely come back!

Excelent Breakfast, Location, staff

Amazing place Beautiful and elegant Excellent location Great staff

We loved our stay. It’s really an oasis in the bustling city of Cartagena. It’s a beautiful colonial house designed with style and attention to detail. The owner is an artist herself and you can feel that in every corner. We loved the art collection displayed everywhere in the house including the rooms. Diana ( the lady who takes care of the house ) was really kind and attentive. A place we want to be back to.
