Lovely place to stay in Medellin. Room was lovely, spacious clean and comfortable. Facilities including pool, table tennis and pool were great. Staff were super helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Perfect location in the west side of El Poblado. We liked the area more than the east side. It was much more quiet, we felt very safe walking around - also at night (2 girls), and lots of cute restaurants and bars around. The East side is probably more the party side, so we preferred to stay in the more quiet side, it is also very quiet at night. The hotel offers coffee, tea and water for free 24 hours a day, which is great. We arrived at Christmas Eve and even got Christmas cookies! At departure they gifted us chocolate, a very nice gesture. The rooms all have their own water filter installed. The view from the rooftop pool is stunning, and the staff is super friendly and supportive!

Good breakfast, variety, options, coffe, cereals. All staff very helpfull, they assisted us when we arrived to Medellin to find the best clinic available to help my wife cause she broke her wrist in Tayrona the same day we traveled to Medellin.

This is probably one of the best places in busy and noisy Medellin you can get in order to rest and relax. The place is very calm and nicely decorated. The highlight of the hotel is the staff - the artist Taty who runs the place and all the people that work with her (reception, kitchen, etc.). The place offers really nice breakfast (suitable for vegans). They also gave us the metro card which was highly convenient. We felt very accepted and comfortable here. Thank you Taty and all the others for making our stay so nice!

The hotel is in a really nice and safe residential area with lots of apartments nearby. It's a very short walk to the Plaza, so great for anyone attending an event there. The staff are very friendly, and the apartments/rooms themselves are very well equipped, with comfortable beds, smart TVs and kitchen equipment to be able to cater for yourself if you like. The cafe area in the lobby serves breakfast, and you can choose eggs or pancakes, with a side serving of fruit, a fresh orange juice and a coffee. It's a very relaxed place, and I'd definitely stay there again as I found it great value for money.
