I always stay there on my last night before returning home. The rooftop with a swimming pool is amazing. Rooms are large and very comfy . Location is the best you can get in Cartagena . You can even see the famous Torre Del Reloj. The staff is very friendly and professional.

A fabulous hotel in the heart of the old town of Cartagena. Rooms are beautiful with modern facilities but still have old world charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the small rooftop bar and pool area was beautiful with lovely views over the city.

What a beautiful place. Every corner was so charming, tasteful decoration, friendly staff, great breakfast, and excellent location. Would love to go back; we had a wonderful time.

It’s a cozy small hotel very well decorated. When you go in, you forget about the chaos of the street. The staff is amazing, everyone made sure we had the best stay in Cartagena. Breakfast was good and big.

NH is located in the heart of Cartagena's historic center; a city being known for it's warm and tropical climate. It felt like a privilege to enjoy the historic center while still being able to enjoy the fresh and clean rooms when it was getting too warm outside. In the evening, you could easily enjoy Cartegana's nightlife without feeling unsafe.

Very central location, if you want to have a very quite room ask for the rooms at ground/1 floor . These do not have the windows but for my only one night stay was perfect to rest after 3 days boot tours. The reception assistance was excellent, the nice lovely lady help me with everything, sorry i don’t remember her name and sorry i could not tip her and also the boy how help me with the luggage’s and fight for me with the taxi driver who stop pretty far away, just because i finish all cash, they deserve a tip and i feel sorry could not give to them.

Casa Lazuli is a beautiful place and the ladies owning it are very sweet and welcoming! They received us with a juice, and made us feel at home during our whole stay! The terrace has amazing views, perfect to have breakfast and watch the sunset. We had a 3 person bedroom that was comfortable, the noise at night wasn’t bad cause there was only a small window.

The hotel is very nice and location is perfect to visit the city . We had a deluxe room with 2 double huge and very comfortable beds. The room is well decorated and furnished and has a beautiful view on the city. We profit of the spa on the balcony. You can make yourself a coffee or a tea during all the day. All the staff is very kind et professional. The cleaning ladies do a great job as the room was perfect every day. It was one of our best stay in Colombia.

This is such a gem of a place. Location is excellent.The rooms and facilities are so clean, the staff are very pleasant and so helpful. Breakfast had a fab selection of foods and the pools are very relaxing. One of my favourite stays.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a beautiful place with an incredible breakfast. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything. The room was cleaned twice a day, but the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We traveled with a baby, and they went above and beyond to help us by providing a baby bathtub and a crib in the room, as well as storing our baby’s food for us. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We will definitely come back.

Staff US the best of this hotel! They are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast is super nice!!! Really well situated as well. And rooms are spacious. The pool is a plus!
