I dont know where to start - what a fantastic place. The location, the building and the food were all fantastic. What really makes this place special though is the staff who made us feel special for our whole stay. We had part of our honeymoon there and they helped and made a magical time. Could not recommend this place more.

Very good location of the hotel, in a very quite street but close to all important sites. Extremely comfortable room, big, bright, with nice balcony, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, nice bathroom, really boutique style, because the hotel has only few rooms and guests are treated like very special persons. Breakfast served personally. The hotel staff is increadibly kind and helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr John and Jeimy for kindest and professional service and Mrs Luisa for mouthwatering breakfast.

Location! Beautiful room, great bed, super airco

This is an interesting review in that upon arrival, we were told there was a problem with our room. The AC was broken so we could NOT stay at the hotel. The staff was very apologetic and offered us a room in their sister hotel Casa Don Luis. They escorted us to the new hotel which was probably nicer than the La Factoria. The staff at Don Luis were great - it's a beautiful property. A couple days later, we went back to La Factoria just to check it out, and it's a really striking hotel. It all worked out in the end.

Close to lots of restaurants and bars. On a busy road so good for solo travellers. Nice roof top bar.

Quiet location in Cartagena’s old town, yet only a few minutes walking to several squares and the wall. Very comfy bed, comfortable bathroom and quiet AC. Top notch! The rooftop jacuzzi and ground floor pool were great elements too.

Casa Trujillo is the most beautiful and magical place we have ever stayed. The architecture, the sunlit courtyard and pool, the lush vegetation and the sense of tranquility in the middle of such a busy city were entrancing. The whole experience was a privilege. The staff are lovely too. Mada who makes the breakfast and cleans the rooms was exceptionally kind and friendly and made our stay extra special. Thank you Mada, we won't forget you!

I stayed 3 nights at one of the rooms with a balcony and got an amazing view of the city. The room was big and super comforatle and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The perfect location if you wanna enjoy downtown night life. Gorgeous place too!

Located directly in old center in ground floor. Very nice terrace for relax or to make sport in the morning and very cozy place for breakfast. Very kind and professional stuff. Also made as very nice working place on fresh swimming pool area. We were leaving at 1 pm, hotel organized us delivery of lunch from restaurant we wanted. Real personal care.

The place was amazing, we really liked the design. Location was perfect. Breakfast was included and excellent. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it or return there.

Breakfast is very good, freshly prepared as per your request. Room was perfectly cleaned, one of the best from my experience. Nice roof top pool. Location is in the middle of the old city, walkable distance to shops, restaurants and clubs. Highly recommend. 😊

Excellent hospitality and service

Jorge the rooftop barman was excellent and extremely friendly. Kids loved the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast had everything you could think of. Location fantastic for stepping outside and exploring the old city.

We had a wonderful stay at Cinco Quintas in Cartagena! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historic center and within walking distance of everything. The hotel is set in a stunning old colonial house, beautifully decorated and full of charm. Our room was exceptionally spacious and had an enormous private terrace, which we absolutely loved. The pool was magnificent and provided the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

We loved our stay. It’s really an oasis in the bustling city of Cartagena. It’s a beautiful colonial house designed with style and attention to detail. The owner is an artist herself and you can feel that in every corner. We loved the art collection displayed everywhere in the house including the rooms. Diana ( the lady who takes care of the house ) was really kind and attentive. A place we want to be back to.
