Absolutely stunning deco, functional rooms without being too small or too big and above all incredible staff. There were a few things to fix and they were immediately, all reservations managed by the team, excellent directions and great suggestions too.

If you are looking for a perfect spot in Cartagena, this is it! We stayed at more places in the city and this was our most favorite. Very comfortable beds, super clean and delicious breakfast. But most of all - the staff. So amazing! Especially Kevin. This dude, guys… what a character. These guys make you feel like you are the most important person on the planet. We will be back.

Close to lots of restaurants and bars. On a busy road so good for solo travellers. Nice roof top bar.

Location right in heart of old town Room was good size great shower hot and powerful and roomy Breakfast was lovely scrambled eggs with a local addition on side great strong and plenty of coffee !

We loved everything! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. It has a small pool , a rooftop with a jacuzzi, and an open room for reading or relaxing. The breakfast is delicious, and they accommodate dietary restrictions. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Alberto, Maria Isabel, and Omar were very nice and professional.

A place for resting without being annoyed. All the staff wes very friendly (Katherine, Esteban and the rest of the team) and so helpful. Made us feel like at home. Breakfast was enough and delicious.

Everything about this hotel is totally excellent. The property itself is stunning and exceptionally clean—I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful the design and atmosphere are. The staff is incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Their attitude is amazing; their first response to any request is always, "Yes, we can help you with that." It makes you feel truly looked after. A very special mention goes to the on-site restaurant, El Gobernador. After spending 15 days in Cartagena trying brunch and breakfast spots all over the city, I can confidently say that the best breakfast is right here in the hotel. It is worth staying here just for the breakfast alone! Another highlight is the rooftop terrace. It is exquisite, offering an incredibly beautiful view of the Old City and Cartagena. There is also a great bar up there to enjoy the scenery with a drink. I have no doubt that this is the best place for a relaxing and pleasurable stay. Do not hesitate to book it!

The location was great. Right in the historic area, but the rooms are at the back of the hotel, so away from the front which is a lively quite noisy road. The bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep. The decor is lovely, rooms super comfortable.
