We have visited this hotel over 50 years now and always admire its well state of conservation. Kindness of its personel and restaurant quality stand out. The pool is a jewel in Paipa.

Located close to attractions like the lake and close to good restaurants. Located close to the main road however sufficiently away to be peaceful and quiet. Nice selection of drinks and toiletries available for purchase in the room.

Staff are polite, warm and friendly. The place is very clean and centrally located in Paipa business district and near the monumental Catholic Church. I loved their breakfast too.

The house is beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Close to all necessary shops, etc.

The breakfast is the best! Staff team is always willing to help. Great view and quiet place, closer to the thermal pools. They have discount to acces the thermal services, and recommended very good plans to do around the place, where to find the best Paipa cheese and arepas.

Breakfast was very good, not only the menu option for the day, but also personal preference requests were prepared. The personnel attending gave an outstanding service. The location is very convenient. Small but very good supermarket within 100 meters. Clean rooms, bed sheets, blankets, and towels of good quality and clean. The view to the lake from the room is nice.

Very close to downtown , excellent staff ( welcome with coffee or tea), trying to make sure everything is ok and the customer is happy, great breakfast ( finally cereals with yoghurt 👍), sauna and steam bath ( which I didn’t used, went to the fsbulous public thermales instead, recommended by the hotel , so thank you for everything!! On top they gave me a free upgrade. Amazing!

The staff was very helpful when the guest needed to book an extra night. The room was very spacious and comfortable
