Every was amazing. Only the breakfast is super poor. The need to increase the quality of the breakfast.

They change my room when I feel uncomfortable in my fist assignment, I appreciate the effort and the care for the customer.

The location, cleaning, customer service, beds, safety, bathroom, in fact, it went perfect.

Location was closed to the beach

There were 4 selections available for breakfast, all of which were very good. The staff were attentive and pleasant, and very effective. They would do their best to fulfill requests. It was a pleasure engaging with them. Our room was spacious, clean and airy, and the air conditioning worked well. Everything was clean, and in good working order. The plumbing was excellent. The hotel was less that 100m from the beach. There were several restaurants nearby and with a good selection of food and prices. Rooms had their own small fridge.

Spacious room with view of the sea. Didn't use the pool so can't comment but was a comfortable stay.

The front desk staff, very helpful, foot rinse n lobby. Most importantly I liked the filtered water that was available to top up your water bottles and reduced plastic waste consumption, a kettle and brewed coffee. The location is very central. We walked from the airport, it’s flat and easy walk. Felt safe things were not disturbed in our rooms.

Good property in city center, clean

Right in front of the beach and near lots of shops, restaurants and facilities. Also, it was 10 min walking from the airport! The bedroom was huge, lots of space, very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, spacious and there was hot water! The facilities were excellent as well. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was a nice addition. The staff was extremely helpful, seeing to our very need. I recommend talking to Clark about tours, as he gave us lots of useufl advice and really came through when we needed. The breakfast was quite nice, very complete.

The location is perfect! We could walk from the Hotel to any part of the island even the airport is so close, you could walk to the Hotel yes or yes. The pool and the activities were okay, you can spend your time in the pool, and it's a good time. Also, the central beach is in front of the hotel so it's a really good experience. The night events were also good, but sometimes you felt quite repetitive.

Staff were very helpful & friendly

Honestly what we liked most were the staff. From the warm receptionist to the lady which we came to think of as our Tia, who cleaned our room and tidied our beds each morning (and even did our laundry), everything about our stay was made better because of the people who run the hotel.
