we were delighted with the hotel, the location is perfect, the room (standard) is excellent, the staff is kind, especially the one from the reception

We would like to leave a review about this wonderful hotel in Karlovy Vary. We stayed there last week and already want to come back again. First of all, we were allowed to check in an hour earlier, which was very convenient. Many thanks to the girls at the reception. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. We really enjoyed the porridge, the selection of meats and cheeses, the exotic fruits, and the aromatic coffee prepared by the polite waiters in the restaurant. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay, and at breakfast we were surprised with a bottle of champagne. It was a lovely gesture. Our daughter was missing some breakfasts, but we were allowed to take something tasty for her. Many thanks to the staff for such understanding. We had two rooms and were placed on the same floor, which was very convenient. It may seem like a small detail, but as parents we really appreciated this level of care. We would also like to mention the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything was new, there was always a fresh scent, and the rooms were very warm. The pillows, mattresses, and blankets were of high quality. The design was stylish both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, and the lobby decoration was extraordinary. I took several photos to remember it. Special thanks to the manager Alexandra. She was attentive, always ready to help, and always positive. It is a wonderful team that creates a pleasant atmosphere, so you can relax and enjoy every moment both in the hotel and at the resort. The Thermal Hotel with two warm pools was within walking distance. However, Saxonia Hotel also has a sauna and various types of massage. We really liked the sauna. The hotel has only three floors, but there is an elevator, which is also great. We wish the owners and the team continued success and hope they maintain this high level of service. Our rating is 10 out of 10.

Very nice stylish hotel in the city centre of Karlovy Vary, in the walking distance to the Kolonada. Friendly personnel, nice location, clean and cosy.

Location, facilities, humble staff

Probably the best hotel we have been to in Karlovy Vary. The room was very nice and had everything one may need, including a fridge, air conditioning, and a lot of storage space. The bathroom was very clean and towels and bed linen of a very good quality. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a good lighting. The breakfast was very good and diverse too. Finally, the location is superb.

A wonderful hotel in Karlovy Vary. The hotel itself, reception service, and breakfast were all excellent. The reception, pool, and sauna are located in the main building, about a 5-minute walk from our room. We stayed in a separate building and had a spacious suite with two rooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony, and a beautiful view of the colonnade. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time here.

A cozy hotel right in the heart of the city with breathtaking panoramic views. Although the rooms are modest, they are warm and comfortable. The view from the windows is truly captivating, as the hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking the city. The breakfast was generous and of excellent quality. Special thanks to the staff—the receptionists were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer than one night. We would definitely love to come back.

It was a very nice looking hotel, outside, I expected a worse looking hotel, but walking in, I was surprised about how nice it looks!

Great Hotel in great location. Our room had a great river view. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless. We would highly recommend it.

Hotel is situated in the very center of the city, just few meters from the famous main spring. Unique heritage building Golden Lamb was nicely restored. We appreciated that the hotel is small (we don't like big chain hotels) and has nice spacious rooms with quite bold bathroom designs. Interior of the hotel looks like a 5 star, everything is plated with gold, red carpets, etc... In fact you can buy it for a fraction of the 5 star hotel for the same or even better room. This is really a hidden gem in the Karlovy Vary!

Lovely clean and very comfortable a short walk to the city centre and attractions

The room was the size of a small apartment and beautiful decorated. It had a lovely view and was super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Good location! Didn’t expect the bed was a little bit small. But it didn’t bother meat all :) Breakfast is easy but delicious enough to give you the energy you will need. I really love one of the front desk staff. He is super friendly and generous. He's fluent in English. I don’t have the Bolt app so I asked him to call me a taxi to take me to the terminal station. He did a great job and helped me as much as he could. I really appreciate the work he's done for me.

Breakfest was very fresh, rich and tasty. Very good location and comfort of hotel.
