A wonderful hotel in Karlovy Vary. The hotel itself, reception service, and breakfast were all excellent. The reception, pool, and sauna are located in the main building, about a 5-minute walk from our room. We stayed in a separate building and had a spacious suite with two rooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony, and a beautiful view of the colonnade. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time here.

Hotel Atlantic Palace in Karlovy Vary is a beautiful place with elegant facilities and lovely amenities that make for a pleasant stay. The hotel offers great comforts, though unfortunately, we couldn’t use the spa due to our late arrival. We would have appreciated more information from the staff about things to do in Karlovy Vary, as the city has so much to offer. Communication in English was a bit challenging, but we managed. The hotel’s buffet is good—not extraordinary, but it offers enough variety for a satisfying breakfast. Overall, a nice experience in a charming city.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, rooms are spacious and clean, with balcony’s, terrace and even a kitchen. Great Swimmingpool and sauna. Location is in the middle of the centrum, everything is reachable within short minutes. Very friendly staff.

This hotel has an excellent central location within a beautiful building. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was immaculate, and the design was exceptional somehow exceeding what was seen in the photographs. Another great touch is the shower, which was the best I have ever used. I will happily return the next time I visit Karlovy vary.

The room & location both are great, with a large supermarket LiDL and bus stop right across the street, making it very convenient. The hot spring town is just opposite the Trznice Bus Terminal—go straight uphill the first street, turn left, and continue straight.

Very kind staff — we received all the arrival details in advance and had no problems. Even later, when we needed help with parking our car, a very friendly employee assisted us in finding the parking lot. The parking is outside the hotel, about a 5-minute drive away, and it’s an outdoor lot. The hotel has a truly great location — a beautiful building right in the center of Karlovy Vary, close to the hot springs and the walking promenades.

Great location, nice hotel, very sophisticated, however the receptionist was rude when we were checking in. The spa center was cold, the swimming pool was cold considering the fact that there are hot springs meters away from the hotel. The spa center had hammam, steam and sauna, however only the sauna was working. The overall spa experience was not very satisfying.

The hotel is well situated. The town is small, and the hotel is well situated - near the start of the all the hot springs and below the Saunia pool/sauna. The room was hygenic and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. Would recommend.
