This hotel has an excellent central location within a beautiful building. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was immaculate, and the design was exceptional somehow exceeding what was seen in the photographs. Another great touch is the shower, which was the best I have ever used. I will happily return the next time I visit Karlovy vary.

Everything was really nice. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room could have had a bit more light options. The breakfast was really tasty, and location could not be better.

+A perfect big bed in a single room. High-quality snow-white linen, towels, robe. I arrived in the evening and therefore a good pressure of hot water was important to me and this is also a plus. Few hotels have air conditioners in the rooms. New air conditioner for heat and cold!! Excellent breakfasts with a veranda for smokers. Wonderful chef Nikolay himself monitors the variety and replenishment of products for breakfast. Good coffee! Taxi brings ме near the door of the hotel. I liked everything very much.

This might be my favorite hotel breakfast over my 19 nights of Vacation. I really like the spread, the soft scrambled eggs, the availability of smoked fish and wonderful pastries. Breakfast room is small but the wait staff is very attentive.

All of the staff provided outstanding service. They were friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to help guests with any needs. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. A special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. When we were running late and unable to get a taxi to the bus station in time, he immediately offered to drive all of us there himself, ensuring that we caught our bus. His generosity and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
