Really like the design of the building, inside and outside, very clean room and equipped with everything we needed, close to everything in town. Amazing hallway design, unique. Check in very quickly, personal helped us with everything, gave us all the details needed. Also good breakfast. Thank you!

This might be my favorite hotel breakfast over my 19 nights of Vacation. I really like the spread, the soft scrambled eggs, the availability of smoked fish and wonderful pastries. Breakfast room is small but the wait staff is very attentive.

We spent a weekend in Karlovy Vary and were very pleased with the accommodation in Promenada Romantic Hotel. Great location in the city centre, but nevertheless quiet during the night, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Hotel has an indoor pool and a small sauna. The breakfast was good with many choices. We also recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The dinner there was a memorable experience.

This hotel has an excellent central location within a beautiful building. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was immaculate, and the design was exceptional somehow exceeding what was seen in the photographs. Another great touch is the shower, which was the best I have ever used. I will happily return the next time I visit Karlovy vary.

The room & location both are great, with a large supermarket LiDL and bus stop right across the street, making it very convenient. The hot spring town is just opposite the Trznice Bus Terminal—go straight uphill the first street, turn left, and continue straight.

Very kind staff — we received all the arrival details in advance and had no problems. Even later, when we needed help with parking our car, a very friendly employee assisted us in finding the parking lot. The parking is outside the hotel, about a 5-minute drive away, and it’s an outdoor lot. The hotel has a truly great location — a beautiful building right in the center of Karlovy Vary, close to the hot springs and the walking promenades.

Great location, nice hotel, very sophisticated, however the receptionist was rude when we were checking in. The spa center was cold, the swimming pool was cold considering the fact that there are hot springs meters away from the hotel. The spa center had hammam, steam and sauna, however only the sauna was working. The overall spa experience was not very satisfying.

The hotel is well situated. The town is small, and the hotel is well situated - near the start of the all the hot springs and below the Saunia pool/sauna. The room was hygenic and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. Would recommend.
