The hotel is very practical, the rooms are very well designed, organized, spacious and contain all the needed amenities. Everything is new, modern and pristine. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing between the train station and a mall with all needed essentials.

The facility is closed to the Rhine river, walking along the river is very pleasant. Receptionist is very nice to provide information as I needed. The food cooked very delicious, breakfast is great. The old town is not very far, can be reached by foot.

Access to all Wiesbaden attractions and restaurants.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great if you wish to be near the Hainerberg Exchange / military housing area (easy walking distance). Otherwise, not much immediately close to hotel except business offices, but there is a taxi stand nearby and taxis were always there to hop in and go. You can purchase breakfast at the hotel and they give you a discount if you add it to your bill when you check in. Coffee and food were good. Overall good stay.

Right across the street from train station in Mainz and bus depots. Wonderful room…felt very cozy. I had a little balcony. I liked the look of the common room and restaurant downstairs but didn’t have time to use them. Bathroom was great..lots of amenities and a good shower with lots of hot water. Very gracious staff that was quite helpful with maps and bus schedules.

Perfect location! It's just a quick taxi drive from the airport. The staff was awesome and breakfast was good. Forget those pricey hotels near the airport and stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing place in the new block of Mainz.

Excellent and filling breakfast. Eggs cooked fresh. Lovely hosts. Room was small but adequate and beds were comfortable. Walked to harbor for meals and enjoyment. Easy travel to Wiesbaden AND Mainz.

Very adequate room for the price. Clean, new, felt sterile. The hotel is on a larger, public street with some fast food restaurants very close by. Beware of the speed cameras on this road....the limit is very slow.

I would like to thank Hotel Moguntia for its coziness, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent - close to the train station and the city center, with all necessary shops nearby, yet without any noise disturbance. The room was warm and spacious, and the staff thoughtfully provided us with a kettle, which was very helpful. I sincerely recommend this hotel both to families looking for a comfortable stay and to those coming to Mainz for the FaMed exam (the exam center is nearby and easily reachable on foot or by tram). Wishing the hotel continued success and prosperity!

It was convenient and parking was under the hotel.

We had a very early flight out of Frankfurt so we were up ridiculously early to catch a train to the airport and the hotel was in the perfect location. A short five minute walk. Also, my daughter left her little coin purse in the room. I emailed the hotel two or three days after we returned home to see if she left it there and it was at the front desk. I asked if her Euros were still in the coin purse and if they could use the money in there to mail her coin purse home to her in the US. The front desk clerk took a picture of the addressed package to show me in an email he had in fact wrapped it up to send. It probably wasn't worth shipping international postage but it was a bit sentimental to her. He went above and beyond which I appreciate.
