This hotel has an unbeatable location right in front of the Old Bridge in Heidelberg—truly breathtaking scenery from the room. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange nearby parking. We also loved that the Christmas market was just around 200 meters from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy the festive atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

What I love about this hotel is the excellent customer service. While it’s an older property, it feels like stepping into a different era—one of lavish glamour and timeless elegance. It’s super cozy, perfectly located, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Stayed here to explore the old town and visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a bakery across the street. Perfect location! The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage until our train left. The hotel was so nice and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!
