Very nice, modern, comfortable hotel, everything on top level. I appreciated the hotel restaurant, since it was not possible to eat in the city without prior reservation. The staff were very professional and breakfast rich and tasty.

Great location as far as transportation goes, close to a bus stop with a number of buses on the route including an all night bus. Fast food places not far away. Very quiet. Helpful friendly staff. We were able to leave our bags early in the morning before check in time.

The receptionist was really kind. The breakfast was great (eggs, different types of bread, coffe, juice, etc). The room was very comfortable. The location is great (just 10 minutes by Bus from the Haupbahnhof), and it is located in a residential area that means that is really quiet and you can sleep without external noises. Excellent WiFi. And the most important thing, you can feel safe in the hotel. You can see families, elder people coming by and the entrance is also really safe (nobody without the guest card can enter into the building after 8pm). The hotel is NOT luxurious, but is comfortable, clean, with comfortable rooms, well connected by car or public transport. Just 100 meters there are some good restaurants, a bar. Also, supermarket… I will go there without hesitation the next time I have to go to Hamburg. 10/10

Spacious rooms, proper big bathroom with a proper deep sink. Plenty of space for everything in the room. Nice lighting, and plenty of sockets. Modest but good breakfast.

The place is very clean and close to connectors, especially the metro. The Reception crew is excellent Ahmed and Yasmine help you with any need and very kind.

Really nice receptionist, gave useful tips on how to get around. The room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with normal continental buffet

Super friendly staff, big bed , great bathroom, lot of space in the room. Staff are always on site. We love everything. Free parking spots around the hotel area.

Everything was just as expected, a clean, well-maintained hotel with an excellent staff. I was there last year, and I will definitely return.
