The location is absolutely stunning – right by the lake with breathtaking mountain views. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location! Sauna! Friendly staff and good food!

Modern and clean. They had a lot of vegan food options for breakfast and dinner, that was a big plus! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go there again!

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, wonderful breakfast, comfortable terrace with lovely views

Felt like i’am in a Bavarian family, super nice service, clean - will return back!

Nice services, good restaurant and superb breakfast

Super friendly personnel, great location, brand new tastefully renovated hotel, quiet room (and this although our window was on the street, as there is almost no traffic at night). Fantastic breakfast.

Lovely big room which was very comfortable. Location was perfect, right at the bottom of the main street. Staff were very friendly and helpful with questions about the area/transport.

Grat breakfast / clean and comfortable rooms / wonderful setting / friendly and helpful staff

Great location, really polite and friendly personal, tasty food, the room was clean and everything was wonderful!

Breakfast room was spacious, the food and drink provided was exceptional. I have stayed in many hotel over my years, with this Breakfast outlay one of the best. Also noted how quickly the staff check over the displayed food and drink to keep it top up. Highly recommend from a satisfied Brit !

Cleanless, modern and new designs, high quallity material, great breakfast, kind people

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to arrive later than the usual check in time. The room was clean and comfortable. Good location, beautiful hotel and views. Breakfast selection was very good. Parking is free and convenient.

Very beautiful view, kind staff, clean

Beautiful location, beautiful view of the breakfast and room. Very clean and organized. Breakfast simple but enough. The town Wallgrau is beautiful, I felt like in a movie. I am from Brazil and my husband from Germany and we are planning to return in winter time.

Amazing location. Comfortable check in. Clean and Comfortable room. German style breakfast was good - not like usual buffet breakfast but served on the table and the Chefin was so kind and caring. Gave us the free parking ticket for entire Jachenau location.

Almost everything ♥️ Stylish design, a lot of fresh tasty local food, beautiful music with special playlists for mornings, launches and dinners, super friendly and nice people! And of course location is also great. Only good vibes.

It’s very cosy and gives a feeling of home, it’s quite and the bed is very comfortable.

We spent a wonderful four days with our family at this hotel. It's a beautiful historic building, with comfortable modern rooms, a wonderful breakfast, and very welcoming hosts. The hotel also has a restaurant renowned in the region. We had a wonderful dinner there—both the food and the service were excellent. We'd love to return to this welcoming home. Many thanks and best wishes for your continued prosperity.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and like last time we were not disappointed, excellent in every way. we look forward to coming back as soon as possible.

Location in Oberschönau was an oasis. Very enjoyable grounds after a day of hikes and tours. Refreshing pool. I really enjoyed my stay. Treat yourself!

Clean, nice view, smiling wellcoming team, great clean and quiet sauna area
