The location is perfect--close to the train station, close to a nice walking area of town, but also close enough to jump on the freeway to go south to Innsbruck or north to Ettal or Oberammergau. It's so quiet at night, I didn't need earplugs (and I'm a sensitive sleeper)! The bathroom has all necessary amenities, and the minibar beverages were complimentary as well which was a beautiful touch. The spa services are wonderful, the restaurant was wonderful--honestly, going half board here was the best decision I've ever made because the four course dinners were heavenly. The underground parking gave me true peace of mind as well. The bed was also an awesome size for a solo traveler - bigger than a normal single for sure!

We had a wonderful stay, especially as a family! The hotel offers fantastic options for everyone — the pool, gym, sauna, mini golf, and theater kept us entertained, and the three included meals each day were delicious, with fresh natural juices in the morning being a highlight. The location is also perfect, close to the top attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Most of all, the incredible staff made our stay feel extra special. We’re already planning our next vacation to return here in the winter — can’t wait! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Me and my wife booked for two nights and we wished we had booked for more! Truly exceptional place. The facilities are top notch, you can swim in the infinity pool with mountains covered in snow just in front of you, the 270° lounge was truly relaxing to have a chat or read a book. The spa was incredible with a sauna, a heated pool and floating chairs in a mountain lounge all overlooking the incredible views. Breakfast and dinner were both absolutely delicious, with versatile options. The rooms are spacious, very modern with alpine style. Around the place you can hike with nice hiking trails, we hiked to the eukbaur where there's a nice restaurant. Definitely would go back there, it's in our top 10 unique hotels around the world.

Marco and Theresa run this place with an eye for service and quality. The food (we booked half board) was excellent every day, and they'd drop us at the piste and pick us up again every day because the snow conditions didn't allow ski in, ski out. One day, we needed to be somewhere early for lessons, and Marco took us to a hard to reach spot on his tracked quad. It's a lovely place on the mountain with fresh eggs every morning from their own chickens.

The room was very clean and all the facilities I needed were well prepared. I loved the restaurant as I could try traditional German dishes, and it was tasty☺️. The hotel also provides breakfast with exceptional quality. The staffs were gentle and nice, helped me to store the luggage after check-out and supported me connect wifi when I lost connection for my eSim🤣. The location of hotel is really good, as it is only 20 minute working distance from the bus station and another 20 minute to Partnachklamm Gorge.

Spacious apartment with plenty of kitchenware. Location is very good. We walked to Partnachklamm and the old, charming part of town. Diana is a lovely hostess and gave clear and helpful instructions over WeChat. She also gave suggestions for activities and restaurants nearby and also in Rome. We'd stay again if we're in the area again.

Perfect location to visit the small town with a netto close by. Very close to the ski stadium and the entrance to partnachklamm. The staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good and complete.

We had an excellent view from our room!! The staff was super flexible with our check-in and check-out hours which we appreciated a lot. The location was perfect - you could start your hike to the Partnachklamm and surrounding areas from there and the Sommerrodelbahn was right next to it as well. City Center was only a short drive away (could have even walked there). We booked a room with a shared bathroom, but ended up getting our own bathroom (just not in the room).
