The team at NH Collection is the definition of A Class customer service. I had the best experience from booking to, checking in, to checking out. I enjoyed the meals at the in house restaurant. The rooms were spotlessly clean and with all the amenities I needed. The reception team booked taxis for me every time I needed to step out.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread of freshly baked bread and a variety of options to start the day. The bar provided a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in the evening.  Overall, Boutique Hotel Herman K offers a blend of style, comfort, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Copenhagen.

A lovely hotel in the old town, perfectly located and many famous places are reachable by a walk. The hotel service was very nice and helpful.
