Loved the hotel. Had a nice vibe and offered everything we needed for a short stay in Copenhagen. Location is great with Tivoli nearby and a short walk into the centre. Liked the novel idea that allows you to connect your phone / tablet / laptop to the TV and cast what YOU want to watch rather than have to put up with the standard drivel you get from most hotel TV's...

Nice slightly upmarket hotel with a lovely bar in the foyer. Hotel staff were very relaxed, attentive and knowledgable. Free umbrellas were available when it rained and we rented the bikes for a day and they were great. We made full use of the luggage room facility which was excellent as we arrived early and left late so had more time in Copenhagen without having our luggage with us. Location was spot on with Tivoli round the corner and the main train station 10 minutes walk away.

I liked the city very much. It felt very safe. People were nice. I liked the fact that it is very bicycle friendly. Some fantastic modern architecture and historic buildings. Good metro system. Lots to see and do.
I particularly liked the Museum of Danish Resistance and the Historic Warships so can recommend these if you are interested in military history.
My daughter, however, preferred Tivoli Gardens.

Very nice city, I have been there several times and always want to come back. Copenhagen has the vibe of a big city but at the same time much more chill and relaxing than other European capitals. The city is clean, has quite many things to do and see.

Spent five days in Copenhagen which is probably a little too long but went on a day trip by train to Helsinger (which is very cheap) and then caught a ferry over to Sweden which takes only 20 minutes. Copenhagen is clean, bike friendly and everyone we met was kind and helpful. Lots of museums, restaraunts, cafes and bars to suit all tastes...

A charming city with warm, engaging residents.
A charming city with warm, engaging residents. Dining options are amazing. Sightseeing and shopping also tremendous. Airport is close and transportation options are so good that we didn't once feel tempted to take a cab or uber. My only cautionary note is that it is an expensive city so be prepared for this. We visited Norway as well. Scandinavia is simply not a cheap date!

I thought Copenhagen was a wonderful city and had not been there before, Location of the Phoenix was perfect, the hotel staff were great and would definitely stay there again if we came back to Copenhagen
Also the Danish people we found very friendly and helpful,
Excellent location in the Copenhagen city centre. The check in process was very easy, it’s mainly self-service but the staff was guiding us through it. The room was great, quite a good size and we loved how everything could be controlled with the iPad. Check out was super smooth as well. We’d definitely come back here!
The parking garage literally steps away from the hotel was fairly priced.
Very convenient for anyone travelling by car off the Oslo-Copenhagen ferry - only a 5 minute drive from the port. Also only 2 minute walk to the metro, then just a few quick stops to the city centre. The underground car park beneath the hotel is reasonably priced (for Copenhagen) and much appreciated in snowy mid-December. Good working space in the lobby area.
The hotel is clean and modern, with a comfortable lobby and cocktail bar. it is perfectly located just a 5-10 minute walk from everything Copenhagen has to offer (Tivoli, the city centre and the Christmas markets). The staff go above and beyond to assist and help - nothing is too much trouble and they are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful.
The Go Hotel Østerport is incredibly well located. Directly above the Østerport train station which has direct links to Copenhagen Airport and Malmo. The hotel also has a large supermarket opposite and the hotel is a short walk to the city centre/old town. The Railway Sleeper 90/90 rooms were comfortable and clean.
We chose this hotel because of its location close to the main railway station and within easy walking distance of the city centre. It's a friendly hotel with the usual facilities, clean, quiet and providing a good breakfast. This hotel would be my first choice should I need accommodation in Copenhagen again.
