Johan and the entire BW staff were really friendly, helpful and patient with us. The location is quiet with lots of retail stores and great restaurants nearby. The bus route makes it easy to get around, the metro is a short walk away and the hotel is very close to the airport. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, but very expensive city. It's small so you can view most sites in a day, walking. It was very cold on our trip, so that made it a bit harder to enjoy walking around for a long period of time.

It's a quiet hotel, even though it's on a busy road. The guests room are in a wing off the back, where it's nice and quiet. Breakfast was good though coffee disappointing, compared to other hotels we've used in Europe. We would stay again

Very clean, newly renovated, quiet. The room well appointed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a small shopping area with a supermarket,small restaurants and every convenience very close. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so maybe not ideal if you are sightseeing in Copenhagen, but it’s on a bus line. My only small gripe- the pillows were small and we could have used two each and the winter bedcovers were too warm for June. Otherwise a great hotel where we will definitely stay again.

it was very cold in Feb but lots of places still open to eat etc, most restaurants have a very similar menu with the same types of things to eat so do a bit of planning if you like other things. We ate in Cafe Oscar which was lovely and Union Kitchen. We took the Metro to the center which was very straight forward, and quick. We loved the Museum of Illusions, great place for a family activity

Location and the grounds is very nice. The breakfast is ok but served between 7-9am. Room was big but outdated. TV has few channel and no bluetooth. Two person bed was separate spring mattresses that kept drifting apart. Bathroom is not up to standards for this kind of location and price range. Its a conference hotel more than it should be.
Ordrupgaard Art museum is super close as is the beach. Lousiana art museum little ways and Bakken amusement park as well.

Copenhagen is a very beautiful city that requires some time to explore.
It is a city that is very family friendly. If you travel with your little ones (0 to 5 yo), you can have a breakfast in total relax while they play freely.
The city has a lot of shops, you can easily find design shops and vintage shops in case you like to buy second hand.
I recommend Pincho nation as restaurant, suitable for kids as well. They serve food in small portions like tapas and you can order from their app.
If the weather allows it, you can walk around the city to admire the various architecture but also it is a nice walk to the statue of the Mermaid.

Close to metro, makes it easy to move around CPH, also since this is residential area it is quiet, so you can rest at night. The place itself was clean and had all essentials. It was also cleaned up every day! Hotel staff was super polite and friendly. I really recommend this place!

Very nice hotel for a visit in Copenhagen, either for vacation or business trip. It’s very close to the train/bus station where there are options to go anywhere in CPH. The rooms are nice, roomy and clean. They also have nice seafront view. The staff is also nice and friendly. The surrounding area is nice for a walk or run, it’s right next to the mall where you can find pretty much anything, including supermarkets, and also food options.
