Friendly service helpful comfy just what we needed

This is the first hotel in my experience, where there was a sweet note left stating who is responsible for the room set up and with two candies on top of the note - both care and responsibility walere shown with the note. And the room was indeed nicely and neatly prepared, very clean. I new it would not be small, but the size exceeds my expectations! Free big parking space on the right side of a hotel and railway station on its left with just 2 stops to Copenhagen central station. One of the best hotel in its price segment I have been to! Would love to stay there again in my next visit to Denmark / Copenhagen.

I wish there was more hostels like this in the world, it gives you sort of privacy, but same time it’s affordable, the space was enough in the cabin for single person. It’s clean everywhere, common area, bathroom. Polite, helpful receptionists.

I expected just a bed, a shower and a toilet. This is basically the room. However, the room is very clean, the bathroom functional and outside of the building you have a separate buildingwith all amenties you need: A place to cook, free tea and coffee and a fridge with your own area. It was just for one night - so I really liked it.

From the outside I looks a bit worn down. But inside it’s really a positive surprise. Rooms and bed are very comfortable. The breakfast menu is super nice and even the breakfast area is very pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay there

The place itself - the gardens in which the hotel is located and also i loved that it was close to the new Carlsberg region. The staff was very kind and pleasant, so it was comfy to ask anything we wanted.

Absolutely perfect stay in Copenhagen. Good comfortable rooms, close to metro and shopping and nice breakfast.

A nice and comfortable hotel, with convenient free parking. Easy to come by car but also convenient for exploring the city on foot as there is good connection to the centre with the S-tog commuter train. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious.

Great hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff.

This is a really fun place to stay, there were activities for the kids and they loved staying here. The room was very large with two spaces for the bedrooms. It is a bit further out from the city centre but the train station was across the road and we had no issues getting around.
