I don't think you can ever find such a lovely staff anywhere. Very polite, always smiling and always ready to help with any questions or requests. They helped me very much regarding tour bookings and local information. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eugenia and I'll gladly return. The location is ideal for getting around Quito. You can take an Uber Taxi for $3 to most locations.

Location and hotel feels safe and the staff are all attentive and kind

The hotel was really beautiful and very well located. It was the epitome of calm and was so full or character and charm with all of the antique pieces and artisan crafts. We loved the roof terrace with the hammock and fantastic views of the mountains and city beyond. The breakfast was a delight and coffee and tea free lowing. Very kind and attentive staff.

Very nice rooms, spotless clean. We had the Deluxe Queen, with a great view of the mountains. Good varied breakfast, very nice hotel personnel, talkative and helpful. The area is safe and very very well lit, most streets surrounding the hotel, so we had no issues going to eat late at night or get some snacks or pharmacy. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and the room was big.

We booked one night initially, and added a second night the minute we walked in the door! There's such a good view over the valley from there, its a really good location. The room was great, breakfast was decent. Its also a 100m walk to the viewpoint, although you get the same view from your room.

I booked this hotel for my colleagues. They all loved it and enjoyed all the traditional food the hotel has to give (even the traditional 'colada morada'). Very recommended for any work or tourist trip!

The man who works there was amazing and made our stay so much better. He was so kind and helpful, bringing us extra pillows when we wanted them and making breakfast for us early when we had to leave at 7am for our flight. The bed was really comfortable with lots of soft blankets. The property was quiet so we slept very well, location was great too

It is a wonderful small boutique hotel. The area is totally safe and walking around also in the evening was fine. In my room it was completely quiet and in the night there was no sound. Best place to relax in the big city. Many restaurants around and as well bus stops very near.

Nice room, big and clean. Hotel is located in good area where you can go out after sunset with mo worries. Good restaurants are located in 15 min walking distance. 20 min to the historical center by taxi, 50 min to the airport. Clean bathroom, good water pressure in shower.

The breakfast buffet was extraordinary

The staff were amazing. I had quite bqd altitude sickness. 2 receptionists were particularly helpful Maria Jose and Yessenni. The manager as well Manuel was very caring I felt in very safe hands. Room was very comfortable and bed too.

The staff were extremely attentive from the moment that we arrived. There is a 24 front desk person. Security with a keypad outside. They would see us coming and open the door for us. There is plenty of hot water and great towels. The mattresses extremely comfortable. In addition, it is handicap friendly with ramps and railings and something on the cement so that you don’t slip and fall!!! Free bottled water in the room and free water available in the common area. There are elevators which are a must. The free breakfast includes eggs cooked your way in addition to fruit, granola and yogurt, toast. As well as a couple of other hot dishes. The coffee was delicious and tea was available too. All in all I rate our stay five stars. We live in Ecuador so will be back to stay again.
