Hacienda Rumiloma is one of the most stunningly beautiful hotels. We stayed in the presidential suite and the staff had food waiting for us in our room and fireplaces lit, and our jacuzzi was turned on. We felt like royalty! I enjoyed it a lot. I was planning to stay one night in Quito, but I found this hotel so comfortable (and Quito so nice for me) that I stayed 3 more nights. Staff: friendly, caring, helpful. Room: clean, comfortable, quiet. Bathroom: clean, with warm water. Kitchen: a bit messy but useful, a nice thing I took advantage of.

Very good location in the historical centre. Safe area. 5 mins away from Plaza Grande by foot. Very helpful staff at the reception. Impressive view from the common terrace on the top floor.
