Excellent service, great location and a delicious buffet breakfast.

The staff was very nice and the room was big and comfy. My dad stayed at the hotel and the staff was very kind to him. He was very happy plus is near the metro and may facilities.

Good location unless you want to be in the old town, even then you’re only 5 mins from the metro.

Great location, well trained and helpful staff

Nice hotel, great value for money. Big choice of food at the breakfast. Friendly staff.

Excellent in all aspects! Location at the modern part of the city, spacious rooms with amazing views, friendly and welcoming staff, fantastic breakfast and dinner at the top floor restaurant.

The room was a good size and reception is open late, which was helpful as we didn't land until 7.30pm.

Solid hotel with really nice staff in a good area of Lisboa. Water was hot, the place was quite, and everything was walking distance. Solid out!

Edy was so friendly and very good with nervous non spanish speaking people. Very trustworthy and helpful.

The beds are really comfortable

I like the location.. the rooms are nice and neat

Excellent hotel. Great value for money. The reception staff was very helpful and specially Maria the hotel Manager went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and juice.

Good location across from the great El Jardin shopping center, walkable distance from the La Carolina Metro stop, and best of all... very good, kind and friendly staff. Very helpful. Just really nice people.

Hotel Santa Maria is in a great location, close to the Metro and Trolebus. El Jardin Mall is a short 5 minute walk. Katarina at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful on how to best get around the city. Breakfast is included and it was exceptional, the view of the city and surrounding mountains from the 8th floor dining area was quite an unexpected treat.

The location was perfect for us to visit our family. It had good facililities and an exceptional breakfast buffet. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel has all the facilities of a corporate hotel but with a friendly feel.

Absolutely everything. Jacuzzi, the views, the rooms were spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were large and comfortable.

Awesome staff! Very helpful and willing to accommodate late arrivals and luggage storage. My stay was very brief but enjoyable. I was not able to try the breakfast provided.
