The hotel is conveniently located near the train (and also our motorbike hire shop) and had great common areas. The patio was nice for an afternoon drink. Staff were happy and helpful at all times.

From check-in to check-out, our experience was excellent. Julian and another staff member checked us in, and we were treated like valued guests. Julian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I have stayed at many hotels throughout the years, and the customer service provided at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The on-site restaurant was a plus, and the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful and has many nice touches, such as slippers, luxurious robes, and nice-smelling products. The furnishings and accents are tasteful and high quality. We stayed at this hotel to be next to the New Year's Eve fireworks, and it was not disappointing. It was so convenient to walk to our room within 3 min of the fireworks show ending. There are many conveniences in close proximity to the hotel, such as The Arenas Shopping Mall across the street.

Everything, it is super close if you’re going to Camp Nou you can get there walking within minutes and the area is a safe area with mini markets, restaurants and metro really close as well. 10/10, staff super nice, good breakfast (some places post breakfast and its just cookies and water to make coffee) and we were allowed to leave or luggage before checking in and after our check out!

I loved how clean it was even in such a location. It was the same as in the photos.

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had in Barcelona.

The hotel was very clean and excellent facilities. We stayed here as an overnight airport hotel as we arrived at 2am. The information we had said a 9min drive from the airport. It was actually 25-30min which cost us more in taxi fare and might have been better to pay more for a hotel closer to the airport.

I chose the hotel because of its location, 15 min distance by walking to La Caldera choreographic center. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They made me feel very much welcomed and as I was at home. The location is quite perfect in many aspects: it is next to metro station Callblanc, which has direct lines to airport (35 min) and center of the city (15 min). They offer a bit of non-gluten and non-diary things at the breakfast.

Shower - hydraulic pressure was ultra mega good. I also liked so much the quick room-making.

Very clean and comfortable room, a little outside the city but this was not a problem as it's a short (<15 minutes) metro ride to the city centre.

We have stayed here numerous times. It's an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are top class.

The location to Barcelona Sants and is ideal for anyone who has an early morning train. Staff are amazing and there is security/doorman stationed at the entrance 24/7. A grocery store was just doors down from the hotel, and there is a mini fridge in the room to store drinks and snacks in. Metro access (depending on line) is a short distance from the lobby. Room was comfortable, shower was large and had never ending hot water. The TV (with English channels)… was the largest screen I have had in Europe.
