The first room that we were given had a broken shower, and the worker at the registration was very helpful, when the plumber could not arrive within an hour, she trasnferred us to another room with no additional hiccups. After that, the room we stayed at was clean and comfortable, with good AC.

Friendly staff at time of booking in, it was a bit hard to find where the reception was as we were driving. We missed the street twice. But found out there was parking right outside reception and undercover parking across the road. Just needed to walk around the corner from reception to our room. Train station across the road, which made for an easy trip into the centre.
