Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable!
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Perfect location for bike rentals, car rentals, getting to and from the airport by bus! (But to be honest, didn't love the area of El Arenal- very touristy and much nicer areas on the island than here! No fault of the hotel though at all!)
Enjoyed the tennis and ping pong too!
The spa facilities were amazing as well!

Lovely location, close to the beach front. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, clean, comfortable rooms, convenient bike storage, super array of breakfast options. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was really helpful and the service was exceptional. It was off-season when we were there and there were only a few guests, but they didn’t compromise on anything. Really great big breakfast buffet every morning and very tasty dinner in the restaurant. The beautifully refurbished old farmhouse is in a small village a little bit inland away from all the hustle, but only 15min from the airport and 10min from the beach. It’s better to have a rental car though.
