This hotel is in a fantastic location and probably the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was wonderful, spacious and well equipped. The evening meal was extremely good as was the extensive breakfast menu in the morning.

We loved this hotel, the service was amazing. Maite was super helpful. We had our dogs with us and they were really helpful and even brought us little bowls and beds for them! The room was really nice, modern and well equipped. We will definitely go back.

The room was amazing, a huge room with a king size bed, a bath, an additional small room with a desk and couch. Really nice.

All the facilities are in one hotel, it looks more like 4 or 5 starts. Everyday cleaning, good breakfast, and dinner, ski rent, and a pool inside, close to the ski lift.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The property is absolutely magnificent, and the breakfast was simply perfect. The staff truly stands out—remarkably kind and incredibly friendly. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed with big smiles. The team also provided excellent advice on activities and local attractions.

Very cute hotel in the little mountain village Tredos. Breakfast was delicious with Manu homemade cakes/jams, also different cheeses, eggs, … Cristina and the staff really made us feel at home. We initiallly were going to stay 1 night and ended up staking 4 nights 🥰 perfect location to start different walks in the summer (circo de Colomers (7 lake hike), carros de foc, …). And in winter close to ski routes. We’ll definitely try to come back!

We needed to stay in the hotel so two nights .We liked the place so much we decided to extend another 2 nights.

I have been coming to this hotel for more than ten years. Refurbishment of rooms, reception and buffet restaurant is a success. Food and service have both improved.

I think this is the best hotel in the Area! Room Spa Ski support is the best and very comfortable! we can eat in restaurants any time ! Very quiet rooms ! perfect beds , valet parking ! Speedy room service Great!

Location and a moder confort room,

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chalet Bassibe. Lots of options at breakfast and dinner and we all really liked the meals. The staff were really kind and welcoming and the location for our ski holiday was perfect . It’s just a short walk to the slopes although the hotel did provide an excellent bus service. I would definitely stay here again

Had an excellent stay that this well located hotel. The staff are outstanding - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good, particularly with the station for cooking eggs anyway you like them. Also the coffee was good.

Our stay was above and beyond any expectations I would highly recommend the hotel nd will definitely return

I loved the experience the lights on how they make the building the sun the gym. The Jacuzzi is all a dream. The people were extremely nice
