The staff, the room, the food and everything else

Nuby and Sophie are the best front desk staffs I have ever met. They are both so genuine and kind. Very helpful and caring. They have touched our hearts and made our stay memorable. The room was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Even had bathrobes which were very nice. Housekeeper staffs were friendly and hard working. The room was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Great value. Again, the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel would be my first choice if I were to visit Barcelona again.

We loved this hotel, everything was well thought out. Easy check in, parking below the hotel (€12) room met all of our needs and the bed was very comfortable. Sound proofing was good too. We would use this hotel again.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really great. You could pay to park in a basement car park under the hotel, but there was actually plenty of free parking directly outside the front.

All good from check in to check out and Marc was very helpful to get a fast check out and taxi

The STAFF! Exceptional service. We arrived after 28hrs in Transit and lovely Michelle let us check in at 8am without any additional costs. It is also very close to the airport 15min and also very close to gothic quarters 15min. 20€ bolt will get you wherever you need.
