The front desk staff very friendly and helpful; we have stayed at the hotel before and love the location; lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist spots within walking distance. Hotel bar (main and rooftop) are beautiful. Service is excellent. We always love the unique & spacious layout of the rooms. Excellent value as well.

The staff were genuinely lovely and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t be more perfect - central yet peaceful. The breakfast? Absolutely next-level. Plus, the bed was very comfortable. The interior design was fascinating and unique, a perfect nod to Mr. Sagnier’s legacy, which gave the place so much character and charm. Bonus points for the thoughtful little touches, like the handwritten notes and a great selection of drinks in the room.

We love everything in the hotel. Well design interior, friendly & helpful staff, excellent location on the shopping street, food, etc.... we really enjoyed our stay at Monument hotel and we will definately want to come back.

Lovely hotel at a great location

The service was excellent. Sharanjit at the Front Desk and Bani at the Concierge were excellant. Location was fab and the rooms were well maintained and clean.

Limonaia was in a very excellent position close to the main points to visit and you can find good bars and restaurants nearby. Everything to appreciate and cleanliness above all

Great location, central but still relatively quiet, within 10 min walking distance to the Placa de Catalunya (where the airport shuttle picks up and drops off) and 15 min to the Gothic Quarter. Loved the wine theme of the hotel, including the complimentary wine (which was good quality), and the fact that they have a good wine list if you wanted to pick up a bottle to enjoy in the room. The terrace was really nice, especially in good weather. Also fantastic that they provided a free water bottle and water dispenser, to reduce single-use plastics, and other eco-friendly aspects of the hotel. The room itself was more than comfortable, shower was amazing (hot and strong), and we wished we could have stayed for longer!

Location , cleanliness, facilities, service

By far, this was the best place I’ve stayed in BCN. Not that the previous ones were bad; it is just that The Moods Oasis was a super nice place - everyone, starting from reception through the staff in the breakfast area and the cleaning staff, were super nice. (I was visiting the city for a fifth time). The place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and it was quiet (excluding the slamming of the doors 😃). Everything was just perfect. Location can be something subjective in BCN, but to me, this location was just perfect. The tiny details, such as the availability of coffee and water, are making me like this place even more. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and amazing places for tapas just around the corner. What else can one need 😁

Feeling of luxury , comfort, decoration , all the extra details, cleanliness , availability of the room same day , 10 min after booking , the free early check in .the free toiletry items& slippers . The sweets. The complimentary waters.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They kindly allowed us a late check-out due to our late flight, stored our luggage after check-out, and even gave us access to the sauna to freshen up before heading to the airport. At breakfast, they were very considerate and accommodating regarding an allergy, which we truly appreciated. We were also impressed that they emailed us about a perfume we left in the room to ask what we would like to do with it - we have never experienced such thoughtful service before.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We booked a terrace room which was a good comfortable size & great bathroom! Loved the shower! Shame it was raining as the terrace is an added bonus.

Super cozy and stylish, great co-working place in the lobby, fantastic bar, great and kind staff. Room super comfortable, close to Passeig de Gracia, so centrally located in a posh area.
