Everything was nice from check in till check out. All I can say is that it was one of my best travel experience !! All of the hotel staff were very sweet , kind, and attentive to everything !! Food was really good , there are variety of food everyday !!And plus the location is perfect, almost 5 min walk to the beach , there are bars and shopping centres around !! !! I d highly recommend it to anyone who would like to have a great quality time , if you do , then you are just in the right place !!

Amazing hotel superclean and nice in everyway.Breakfast was good we did not have more food included.Cleaning of room was supergood thanks to Maria Isabel which was so nice and did her job 100%. We were given amazing room with a big balcony which we are so thankful for.😃

Big place ! Bars , restaurant, gaming room , volleyball beach , gym , jacuzzi, warm water in the swimming pool. Everything what needed. Really nice place .

Well organized, nice staff, comfortable spacious rooms, great food and good shows , everything you would expect from an all inclusive Riu hotel. Stayed over Christmas with my son, and the Christmas present from the hotel for kids was a nice surprise. The Christmas dinner was also nice, contributing to the festive atmosphere . Hotel was nicely decorated for holidays.

This hotel is amazing. It s in the Perfect location. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is spotless.. Great selection of food which we enjoyed as we were half board. We would definitely stay here again.

Although you never can look behind the curtain: A great service TEAM, always very attentive, fast and polite. That for sure also because there are employees with a central function, that LIVE this function and accordingly organize and direct the service in an exemplary way. This includes the general manager of the hotel herself, Mrs Karg, present every day at least at breakfast. But also e. g. Miss Pacheco ("Carolina"), that has practically welcomed personally every guest and introduced them to their dinner with authentic local charm. And thus we come to the food: The offer is simply great. There is something for everybody. Having 28 degrees in the last week of the year, you might not have appetite for hot meals. And then you find a great variation of salads with meat and fish and cheese and jamón and fruit and postres .... Todo veramente muy rico. The pool bar team also cannot be forgotten: Always attentive and ready for a chat or joke on the spot. That makes a deserved beer pint at 28 degrees to fun. The more so with good live music offers. Talking of the events: the great seasons decorations for Xmas and new years eve - many thanks for the result and the preparations that these must have costed

Warm swimming pool, beautiful view, wonderful choice of food, nice stuff. Nothing to complain about, maybe that our holidays were too short (12 days)😉

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Papayas in Gran Canaria for three days, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I had all the necessary amenities, and the housekeeping service ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the food. The buffet restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes. There were also themed restaurants that provided a nice change from the buffet. The all-inclusive option made dining stress-free, with plenty of drinks and snacks available throughout the day. The pool area was fantastic. There was also entertainment throughout the day, including activities and live music in the evening. If you prefer the beach, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to Playa del Inglés, which was very convenient. Overall, my stay at Hotel Riu Papayas was excellent. The combination of great service, delicious food, and a comfortable stay made it a perfect short getaway. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

Breakfast and dinner buffet very rich

The food in the hotel was amazing, with many dishes to choose from and very tasty. The staff is helpful and polite, they made us feel very welcome. The hotel provided a lot of attractions for children. The swimming pool area and the spa area are super relaxing.
