Restoration of the property is exceptional and estate is incredible yet comforting. The staff were really friendly, human and helpful too - especially Gary and his guest experience team - who kept us just the right amount of busy during our stay.

We liked the location, kid programs ,pools

The personal is really great! My room was upgraded when I came. They recognized that I have a birthday and the bottle of wine with best wishes was left in my room! I feel really welcomed in this hotel.

The place is a 11/10, it’s in front of the port where is located 16 restaurants !! Spanish, Brazilian, Mexican, Italian you have for every taste. The breakfast is great The hotel is.. wow The personal are super kind Well, a well deserve 10 points.

The reception staff were attentive and very helpful, making us feel very welcome. Staff at breakfast were overrun slightly, but very courteous

Great location if youre renting a car, very central. Super clean and chic. Good breakfast. The best thing was the host! The most kind and welcoming lady. We were there for my friends 30th and she made us feel so special. Would stay again in a heartbeat

The room is beautifully detailed, with a pleasant scent, a comfortable bed, and a great shower. The host is always smiling, which really reflects the welcoming atmosphere of the place. They’ve clearly done everything they could to make the stay special. you’ll notice it as soon as you arrive…

Lovely hotel, lovely people, lovely breakfast

The room was furnished with all the necessary items, the cleaning lady cleaned it everyday. The location was perfect, in the center and with a parking 3 minutes walking from there. Even the breakfast was really good

Hotel location is great. Just minutes away from the beach. If you are coming by car bear in mind that during beach hours it will be difficult to find the place in the surrounding streets but before 10h and after 19h it is no problem at all. Hotel has nice breakfast and rooms are pretty comfortable with good sound-proofing. Wellness area is very nice (but I think eur 24 for 90 mins per person is a bit too much). Staff is very helpful (especially Marta from the reception desk - if I got the name correctly) and available at any moment to provide any kind of information or help.

This place exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive or friendly. We loved starting each morning with a delicious breakfast surrounded by breathtaking views, lush trees, and nature all around. It was the perfect spot to disconnect and recharge. A true safe haven. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was absolutely fantastic.

Spectacular stay! This hotel is beyond what anyone can ask for in any holiday. Confortable, quiet, cozy, high-quality rooms, facilities, excellent location, easy parking, and super friendly, professional staff. Judith is a fantastic all-around staff, ready to help always with a big smile. The hotel is exactly as you see it in the photos. It makes feel like a home with easy access, check-in and top-notch facilities and rooms.

The hotel was lovely. Rooms were beautifully decorated & comfy. The pool and sun loungers were really nice. All the restaurants on site were exceptional. This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff were incredible, and we loved that by the end of our stay they could remember our drinks order & room number! The food, including half board options, was lovely.
