Comfortable hotel in great location, very clean, close to beautiful Postiguet beach, Plaza Mar2 mall and Santa Barbara castle. Staff at reception were very friendly and attentive. Our room had nice view, beds were comfortable, cleaning was everyday. Breakfast were good with plenty of fruites and everything. We stayed here several times and will return again.

Exceptional cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Deserves four stars - personal hygiene products such as toothbrush, shaving kit, welcome compliment. Near the city center. Daily quality maintenance of the room. I recommend the hotel and will come back again.

It was very central to all the main attractions and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was possible to store our luggage in a secure place both before checkin and after checkout which was a big bonus. It also has a cafeteria attached to it where you could get breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious coffee.

Breakfast is amazing, huge, and excellent with sweet and salty options. Fruit, cakes, pastries, breads, eggs, ... Even sushi are available. Well located, with many restaurant around.

We are amazed about the hotel and the staff. Incredibly friendly. Clean and amazing location. The building is a historic place and you can definitely see it. High ceilings beautiful walls and decorations. In the heart of the city. I really regret that we didn't booked a longer stay, PS. All the drinks in the mini bar was for free, 😍

Nice hotel, lovely lobby. Lady at the reception super helpful. Great location by market, transport, shops and bars/restaurants. Bakery La Masa de Tomasa all delish !!

The property is clean and very tidy, the staff are very kind, and the location is right in the city center, close to all the main attractions. The breakfast is excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the young gentleman at the reception and the bar, who always made us feel welcome. He also gave us many fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, which were truly excellent. The rooms were clean, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. The location is excellent – close to major attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The town itself is stunning and will forever remain one of our dream destinations. We would be more than happy to return!
