Staff is above and beyond any 5* experience, excellent location (the neighbourhood of Gros is much more better than it might look on maps), super cosy and clean, way more beautiful facilities then in the pictures.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I liked being out of the main busy areas. It was only a short walk to the restaurants in Gros, Old and New Town. The beds were comfortable and having a patio off the room was great. Parking garage was great for us not having to find street parking.

What a gem! The 2 stars definitely don't do justice this lovely hotel. The location is so close to the beach and the old town . The room was impeccable clean and new with a lot of amenities. The 24 h coffee maker and microwave in the corridor are highly appreciated. But above all the staff especially Anna are so welcoming and end eager to help with their suggestions.
