The staff were all so warm,friendly and helpful. That made my stay feel like a second home. This was a truly luxurious experience worth every euro spent. Their food at their restaurant was exquisite They always were attentive to what I needed. I will definitely come back to Pinar plaza hotel.

Everything was great - staff (shoutout to Mario for receiving us), amazing breakfast, great facilities, comfortable room with a nice view. We came mainly for the proximity with the train station, but were surprised by the quality of this hotel and its value for the price. Highly recommended

The Meliá Castilla offers comfortable accommodations just a few yards from the Paseo de la Castellana, it is also close to the Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Perfect location (a 15-min walk from the Bernabeu stadium so it's great if you're attending a game). A clean and comfortable room. Great amenities (the coffee machine and mugs in the shared area were top notch). The digital check-in process was smooth and easy.
