I was in a quiet and safe area. It is far from the crowd of touristy areas but 25-30 min walking distance to old town and Cathedral Santiago. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

The property is super clean, including the rooms. The rooms are a nice cool temperature and the beds are fantastic. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks, including after a week on the Camino! The rain shower is also such a luxury if you’ve just finishing your Camino. The staff are friendly and nice. The location is super convenient to the main attractions and the value is phenomenal. Overall, I found the noise level quite low.

The gym facilities were exceptional, the family room was huge and had all we needed, breakfast was fantastic and staff super nice.

I was contacted several days before the booking was due to start and told the hotel could no longer accommodate me, but that I could be moved to another hotel in the city. I agreed to the move and the booking was changed to the Eurostars Gran Hotel (which is part of the same group) at no extra cost. I was given an upgrade and free parking by way of compensation. I was extremely happy with the communication from the hotel, the move to another hotel and the stay itself.

the hotel is tidy, small and comfortable. Has a private garage. The location is great (5 minutes from the downtown). Breakfast is also very good. Also, the rooms are very warm

We spent a night in a twin room here. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Arriving on a Sunday, the check-in was completely autonomous but it's easy, once you complete de online check-in (no receptionists at the desk). It is quiet and relaxing. I recommend staying here. There is a coin laundromat at about 500m, if needed.

It was away from the bustle of the city itself but yet near enough (15 mins), hence it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and cane back to open my room door when I left my key in it. There are a few supermarkets near the hotel too.

Everything was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed check- in a bit earlier. Lovely restaurant and bar. Great mountain views for the 9th floor. Perfect last day before leaving Santiago de Compostela. Close to the airport. It was so nice we changed our plans to go out that afternoon and stayed the entire time at the hotel.

Na overall very nice experience. The location was good, the bed was comfortable, it was warm and the staff was amazing.

This hotel is located right on the edge of the old town. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the cathedral, which is very convenient. Moreover, it has its own parking lot, making it highly suitable for those traveling by car. The hotel breakfast is not particularly lavish, but it's sufficient.

Chic and class with history and state of the art

Good place to have a relaxing pamper experience after the camino, also the staff communication was excellent and really tried to make my stay and enjoyable and flexible as possible.

Beautiful hotel, central location and my room had a bath and balcony. Everything was faultless & Elba on reception was really helpful with questions such as nearby laundromat & booking buses etc. would absolutely return here.

Apartment was very light and comfortable, right in the historic centre. Very clean.

My solo stay at this accommodation was nothing short of perfect. Situated just a few minutes (approx 5) away from the city center and the cathedral, only 2 min for the bus stop (airport), its location was excellent. As a traveler recovering from an intense Camino walk, I needed a peaceful and restful environment, and this place provided just that. The surroundings were calm and quiet, offering the ideal setting for the last stop. The accommodation itself was well-equipped and maintained to high cleaning standards. I found the facilities and amenities more than satisfactory. Laundry service just around the the corner from the hotel. Did not try the breakfast but it looked good, had breakfast on the way as I was going for early morning Muxia & Finestera trip. The check-in process was a breeze, with all instructions and access codes provided in advance. This thoughtful detail made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Great value for money you are paying.

Great location and lovely staff
