Perfect location, food was very good, the room was clean, staff super friendly, pleasant stay overall

Perfect location just a step from the beach, restaurants and the strip. Right above the hotel on the left there is this beautiful church and square of Mirador del Castell and on the right there is this very clean small and gorgeous beach. The breakfast at the hotel was fine and the room was very clean. Also the bed super comfy. And not to forget the view from the balcony was spectacular.

The best possible location.Nearby all three beaches,beautiful view point,old town.Peacefull location.New moder design.Fridge in the room.Very good bed.Excelent heating .We left luggage in hotel after check out for free.Big room .Small terace as addition.

Absolutely amazing stay! Hidden gem in the heart of the old town. My favourite place in Benidorm. Super clean and comfortable the bed was very comfy, air conditioning, hot shower, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, cute balcony and daily service the staff are genuinely wonderful people. The owner Christian and bar staff like the funny and welcoming Dawn and all the staff who make you feel like your at home. The bar downstairs is intimate and always a lively and great time! I can't wait to come back

Although this hotel is not the best for mobility scooter users they went out of they to accomadate me and my scooter . The room was basic and small but extremely clean i really enjoyed my stay there

Great location in the middle of old town. The hotel definitely deserves all the praise it gets. Although it’s a two star hotel it outshines a lot of expensive hotels we have stayed at. We requested extra blankets and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that they could make our stay as comfortable as possible and that our needs were met. Complimentary water and sodas in the mini fridge was a great and pleasant surprise! The room layout was thoughtfully planned with a great sliding wardrobe, and lots of shelves that you could put stuff on. Breakfast was great value for money.
