Fantastic little hotel best position in Benidorm

Comfortable rooms, well placed for old town. Nice pretty pool on the roof. Decent breakfast options.

I got a room on the fifth floor near the pool, but it was pretty tranquil anyway. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and always eager to help. It is best suited for adults and older people, or maybe families with kids (over 13-15yo). Near the beach. The beach is lovely and has more quiet /warm water, which is calmer than Levante Beach (from the other side). The food in the hotel is okay. The food around the hotel is quite awful... or maybe it is because I'm not used to Mcdonald's kind of food or snacks. So, be aware there are almost zero excellent restaurants with clean food, and August is very touristy (crowded). Just wanted to mention - the hotel is new, built in 2020.

I stayed at Hotel RH Sol for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. I chose the half-board option, which included breakfast and dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food – everything was fresh and tasty, with a good variety each day. What really made the stay special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. And the cherry on top? The hotel is just a few steps away from the beach! Being able to walk out and reach the sea in just minutes made the whole trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service and food!

Amazing position, just at the beach, very close to the city centre.

We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo! The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect for those who come to enjoy the sea, just a few steps from the beach. The reception service was outstanding – we always left our room keys at the front desk when going to the beach, and everything was smooth and convenient. A special thanks goes to Victor, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and also arranged a taxi for us. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful gem of a hotel. Alberto on reception was so pleasant and very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, had a wonderful sleep, " no noise" will definitely be back.

Location, welcoming staff and cleanliness

Excellent location , close to beach and also to town centre

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. From the moment we checked in, we couldn’t have asked for more. Booked a sea view room with balcony, such a treat to savour the beautiful sun sets. Comfortable bed, and it was great to have the air conditioner. In room fridge was also very welcome. We stayed in room 501 which was very quiet. The breakfast each morning was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel with amazing staff.

Very central location, staff were very polite and helpful. We were upgraded to a sea view which was lovely and we could see the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Huge shower and nice bathroom. We would stay again if we go back to Benidorm. Thank you for lovely memories.

The location in the heart of the Old Town.

Fantastic location and personel – probably the best in Benidorm – just a short walk from both the beach and the city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Aaron at reception for his professionalism, warmth, and outstanding service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm.

The hotel’s location is perfect! The beach is just a stone’s throw away, and there are two restaurants within walking distance. The friendly receptionist, Lukasz, a young man, is always smiling and ready to help. I really appreciate his efforts. I almost believe that customer service is dead, but Lukasz has proven me wrong. Luckily, that the air conditioning can be set to 20-21 degrees, not the freezing 24 degrees that other hotels offer, especially since I’m coming from the Netherlands. 20-21 degrees is already considered a normal temperature here. So, I slept like a baby.

If I could I would give 11 out of 10 :), perfect location, amazing views from balcony, polite staff, comfortable bed, all absolutely perfect, will be back!!!

Hotel was spotless ,staff were lovely .Breakfast buffet had everything you could want loads of variety. Roof top was amazing.

Really nice hotel, very clean, nice bathroom, friendly staff

Everything was perfect. The room and shower were great. You can get all the necessities like hairdryer and steam iron. Maria at the reception is super friendly and attentive. She wants you to have the best service possible. Breakfast is great with fresh orangr jucie and fruit at the end. You get big bottle of water everyday in your room. The water and coffee at the lobby is free for use at any time and as much as you want. Big plus is that hotel provides free beach towels and beach chairs for you to use as well as sun umbrella. Also the location super close to the every one of three beaches in Benidorm.

The stuff and atmosphere. I would definitely would visit it again. The bed was perfect to have a good sleep. Well designed hotel.
